Club Rules & regulations

We prioritize the quality of our courts and the safety of our members and staff. Please review our Rules & Regulations to ensure everyone has the best experience. All members, visitors, guests, and staff must always adhere to these rules:

•  Booking courts online or via phone requires a valid ShuttlePro membership (Free). 

• At ShuttlePro Badminton, we strictly allow only non-marking badminton shoes. Shoes should specifically mention ‘non-marking’ on the outer sole, as shown in the image. 
• Badminton shoes from the following brands are by default allowed - Yonex, LiNing, Victor & FZ Forza.
• Black outsole shoes will have to be checked before we decide
• Failure to adhere may lead to being unable to play unless suitable footwear is rented or bought. 
• Please ensure you bring your badminton shoes and change them inside the club to prevent carrying debris that could harm the courts.

• Court booking slots are available as early as 2 weeks. Please ensure that only 6 players are allowed per court booking. 
• Additional people will not be allowed unless an extra court is booked.

• Our court cancellation policy requires cancellations to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please ensure you notify us or cancel online within this timeframe to avoid any disappointment (includes rescheduling).

• While it's our responsibility to provide a clean and safe environment, it's collectively our duty to maintain the courts. Promptly report any spills or cleanliness issues.
• Dust mops are provided to wipe the surface of the court, and smaller brooms are available to mop up debris into the garbage can. 
• It is highly recommended that you mop your court before your matches to avoid any accidents from debris left on the court. 

• Civility is paramount. We have zero tolerance for harassment or unruly behavior from customers.

• Only closed bottled drinks are allowed on court; food and canned drinks are not permitted.
