Jithin S. - Head Coach
Jithin Suresh Graduated from fanshawe college with a Bachelors degree elective in sports psychology and was a two year athlete for the reputed fanshawe falcons Team earning several OCAA titles under professional management. After graduation Ji began a successful career with lions badminton working along with international talents and coaches. Ji began coaching as volunteer for his academy and realized his passion to teach and create a positive environment for youth athletes. Since then, Ji founded IBA (International badminton academy) in 2017 with his partner Afzal hafiz, Former maldives national coach and is still establishing more young athletes in kerala, India. Ji is currently persuing NCCP (National coaching certificate program) and is a certified Coach. As the Head coach he will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions the helps clients delevop skills and achieve their goals.
John Carlo L. Balbuena - Asst. Coach
John Carlo L. Balbuena is an accomplished Badminton Coach. His coaching journey began at Fiat Lux Academe, where he served as Head Coach/Trainer for the SHS/Secondary School badminton team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and fostering a culture of excellence in sports. His Achievements are as follows:

- CDAPS 2007 & 2009 (Singles) and 2008 (Doubles) GOLD MEDALIST
- CITY MEET 2008 (Doubles) and 2009 (Singles) SILVER MEDALIST

- NCRAA 2014 BRONZE MEDALIST
- NCAA 2015 - 2016 1ST RUNNER UP
Prashanth Purushotaman - Operations
The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring that our academy runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering high- quality services to our clients and athletes.
He is also a badminton enthusiast and father of a provincial level player.
